This is a festival of celebration for all the residents of Jaesan-myeon. Produced using natural composts up in the hilly areas, Jaesan watermelon, a specialty product of Bonghwa, is excellent in sweetness and fragrant taste. This festival is held in August each year to publicize Jaesan watermelon.
